Here are the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions. We recommend to read carefully our Term and Conditions as we need to agree with them to sign the Rental contract that we will sign upon arrival. If you need additional information do not hesitate to contact us.

• Choose the Apartment that suits your needs, check its availability online
• Go to the Book Online page, click on the reservation form and fill it out.
• Confirm your reservation by paying the pre-payment reservation deposit (3,5-5% of the total rental). Our system will confirm your first payment.
• Pay the rest of the Booking deposit (25% of the total rent) to make fully effective your booking by Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. When we have received the money, we will confirm you the booking by email and will send you some useful information. Upon arrival you will need to pay the rest of the rental by Cash

2. HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY TO MAKE THE RESERVATION?

To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit of the total rental charge is required. This payment will be made by two steps., the first one can be made online and the second one can be made by credit card You can also pay the advance deposit by bank transfer or money order. In this case you will be responsible for all bank charges. The remaining balance (70%) shall be paid in CASH upon arrival. Please remember that we will not hand in the keys until we receive the full rental payment!.

Your reservation will not be held until you make the first reservation online payment and it is not firm until you make the second payment.

3. HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE?

The remaining balance (70%) is payable on arrival at the apartment in CASH (EUROS).

4. IS ONLINE PAYMENT SAFE?

We use our Secure SSL online system and PayPal to process credit card payments, which is 100% secure. PayPal is the internet's largest online payment system, and is used by millions of customers across the world. Please click on the PayPal icon for more information regarding payment security.

We accept credit cards for the 30% advance deposit payment. The remaining balance and the security deposit are to be paid in cash on arrival. However, under special circumstances and with prior approval only, you can pay with credit card the balance and/or security deposit, but it will be subject to a 4% surcharge to cover processing costs.
