CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

1. CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

If you do need to cancel a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to re-book the apartment and refund your deposit.

As a general rule, we do not refund reservation deposits on cancellations. In those cases where you give us notice in advance, every effort will be made to re-book the apartment and if a new booking is found for the same rental period a refund of the booking deposit will be issued. Last minute cancellations (those requested less that one week prior to your check in) or those requested after the client has already used the apartment are not subject to any kind of refund. If the cancellation is requested with less than one week prior to the check in, the client will be responsible for the total rental amount. There is no exceptions to this rule
