We offer quality apartments to rent for short term periods, days, weeks, months. Our self catering apartments are fully equipped and decorated to make you feel like at your own home.

Here are the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions. We recommend to read carefully our Term and Conditions as we need to agree with them to sign the Rental contract that we will sign upon arrival. If you need additional information do not hesitate to contact us.

CONDITIONS

1. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM STAY ?

Normally there is a minimum 3 night booking requirement, but we are happy to consider requests for shorter booking where availability permits. Please check with us for those special cases.

Please, contact us for a personalized tariff for longer stays (more than 3 months or 180 days)


2. AM I REQUIRED TO PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR THE APARTMENT ?

Yes, you are required to pay a CASH ONLY security deposit of 200 EUROS upon your arrival.


3. HOW AND WHEN DO I GET THE KEYS TO THE APARTMENT ?

You do need to indicate your apartment estimated arrival time at the reservation form. If you can not provide us with this information during the booking process, do not forget to contact us prior to your arrival. One of our representatives will meet you at this pre-arranged check in time in the apartment and will give you the keys. We will also provide you with a phone number where you can contact us in case you get lost or you need to inform us of a change in your schedule.


4. IS ONLINE PAYMENT SAFE?

5. WHAT ARE THE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES ?

Check in: 3:00 PM onwards
Check out: 11:00 AM

Please request late check out prior to arrival and we will try our best to accommodate to your needs.


6. WHAT HAPPENS IF I BREAK SOMETHING ?

Please call us as soon as possible to assess the damage. We will do our best to try and fix or replace the item/s and reach a decision if whether there is any charge incurred.


7. WHAT IF I NEED HELP OR INFORMATION DURING MY STAY ?

There will be a member of SpainAparts staff available to answer any of your questions during regular business hours. Outside business hours you can also contact us in a case of emergency.


8. DO CHILD UNDER 2 NEED TO PAY FOR THE RENTAL ?

Child under 2 do not pay for the rental.
