ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR GAS, ELECTRICITY OR WATER
?
No, there are no additional charges for gas, electricity or water, they are included in the price
2.
ARE THE APARTMENT CLEANING INCLUDED
?
The rental includes the initial cleaning just prior to arrival. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost of 50€ and includes a complete change of towels and sheets. Also there may be a charge from the Security Deposit if the apartment is left excessively dirty. We expect you to leave the apartment tidy without any excessive dirt.

ARE BED LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED IN THE APARTMENT
?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in all of our apartments. If during your stay you would like a change of linens and towels, it is available for an additional fee.
4.
DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE TELEPHONE
?
The apartments do not have telephone, but we can provide you with a Spanish cell phone for an additional cost of 30 € a week. You can load the cell phone with your credit card.
5.
DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE INTERNET ACCESS
?
All of our apartments do have internet access. In most of the cases broadband Wireless access, but in some cases dial-up.

DO YOU PROVIDE COTS AND HIGH-CHAIRS
?
Yes, subject to availability, we can provide a cot at no extra cost. Please do not forget to make note of it in the reservation form if you need a cot
or a high-chair.
7.
HOW OFTEN ARE THE APARTMENTS CLEANED
?
The apartments are completely cleaned prior to your arrival. During your stay, additional cleaning is available on request for an additional charge.
